Needs to be clean. As an analogy, Freetube was a piece of shit for years. Buggy. Each new update, it worked again, until a few weeks later when it crashed again. Reminds me on an other current project... Still, i used Freetube to avoid using youtube. Nowadays Freetube is clean, no bugs. And it has gained popularity, i was surprised normies mentioning it.
It's pretty obvious that any investor FOMOing during the next bullrun will at least check if the project is working properly before investing.

Conservatives get to feel like "their guy" is fighting the good fight on their behalf. When he does his heel turn, it's going to neuter the normal opposition to CBDCs. Simply because it will be Trump signing them into law. If a Democrat president tried to implement a CBDC, there would be a lot more opposition to them from conservatives. Trump is the perfect Pied Piper to get them implemented. We may or may not get Universal Basic Income (UBI) and Social Credit Scores at the same time. Because Trump initially opposes CBDCs, liberals will be in favor of them. Plus, they love giving governments more power and control over them anyway. So they're already on board.
