Just make the sub and populate it with content for now as most of the important stuff like tipping and p2p in the browser aren't ready (and won't be anytime soon). Plebbit is full of gooners, so the success is guaranteed IMO.

I get the issues, but also more than 20% of the subreddits with more than 100k members are NSFW, which means that if Plebbit takes off, naturally a decent amount of NSFW subs will appear too. Since this is something that will happen almost certainly, I'd like to make it in the best way possible to protect content creators while stopping bad actors.
Most subs on here are slow, so I think that's not a big issue. I think in the beginning it would make sense to allow everyone to post links to pictures from verified accounts on Reddit/Twitter/etc while giving credit. Legally you should be fine since it's just sharing links to pictures the models themselves put online, and if they decide to take down the original link, the embed on Plebbit will stop working too.
