Did you delete .ipfs-cli before upgrading the CLI? maybe that's the issue, but I'm not sure. Share the CLI logs here, maybe with a pastebin link, or dm Rinse on telegram. You can also try to use the same subplebbit data folder with Seedit's desktop app, its data path is in the preferences.
