There's an RWA first mover token on SOL called 100 Year Old Japanese House, and it did some massive numbers today.
Currently correcting so it's at a good entry.
Community is great, people are active, and the whole thing is an exercise in spontaneous community building. The token is here to stay, not going anywhere.
Has a pretty cool website also.

housing goes down in japan because of housing tax. if you inherit it you have to pay property taxes on property an individual japanese cant afford so they sell it. but because no one wants to buy the property they often just give it away, often with the furniture still in there.

they are completely decaying, they even give them out for free. The question I have is why they aren't demolishing them. I guess it's because there isn't even demand for housing, as the population is collapsing and there aren't many immigrants
