Anything that you can “build once, sell twice” is good, as it’s the opposite of wageslaving. Earn while you sleep. Examples: a book, a video course, tooling/utility software, merch, anything entertaining on the web assuming lots of views and ad monetization, etc. You can then compound those returns by DCAing them into plebbit and hold for like 3-5 years.
