Oregano oil + coconut oil in scalp 2 or 3 times a week, never ever use shampoos they all have chemicals even those marketed as organic, use solid soap with as few ingredients as possible but only when your hair really needs it (ideally wash less than twice a week), let your hair breathe as much as possible avoid wearing a cap, get sunlight, fix posture or blood flow can’t reach your scalp, exercise or at least walk daily, massage scalp to stimulate blood flow, lower cortisol levels and don’t be a coomer
