Alt season hasn't started yet. Indeed, Solana is still slightly over $200, when it's pretty obvious it will go way over $500 during alt season. If we pass alt season, and PLEB hasn't move, then it's basically over. Perhaps there will still be a slight chance during BTC ATH season. It might not moon during alt season, but it will most likely reach a new ATH.
