Invidious doesn't remove clickbait titles and clickbait thumbnails and it doesn't skip sponsorship segments in-video. DeArrow and SponsorBlock do.

I wouldn't be surprised if there's some invidious fork that does, for example I use PipePipe and it has SponsorBlock and Return YouTube Dislikes built-in.
