I can guess the roadmap. I think at least two big things come first:
1. p2p fetching and publishing on the web client, or a better provider design
2. gasless voting of communities via pubsub for PLEB holders
then tipping maybe, but letting users propose their community in the voting page is more important I think, and it's the first implementation regarding wallets (PLEB holders) so for me coding it should be similar to the tipping implementation. The community voting feature needs to be added to the API first, it's on Rinse's todo list.
Meanwhile I'll keep optimizing the front end for seedit and plebchan, while I wait to implement those things, and after that I plan to figure out how to build an experimental public rpc service that users could use on web to run subs remotely, paying for a subscription or showing ads probably. I also plan to start working on the hooks later this year
