>Not as clean as Reddit (yea bring the hate)
of course its not bug free (its the first fully p2p social media protocol with 0 centralized DNS). its also only been in development for 2 years whereas reddit has been in development for nearly 2 decades.
>but it’s a good start.
yes
>We won’t get much adoption though until people can find a way to make money on here or the right people use it.
eventually tipping will be implemented (github specs released) and custom ads (optional for subs/boards). the dao will also drive token demand through the ability to curate the default sub by voting for ones sub, which you will only be able to do with ones share of plebbit.
>Anywho I hope the devs keep pushing on and find success.
plebbit is unironically the only project i have genuine faith in. i also cannot find any project that is more grassroots than plebbit (full supply was airdropped to biz 2 years ago and it has no VCs waiting to dump).

Yea it’s a great gem I found. Only reason I stayed after the air drop was I could message Esteban and he would always reply with quality answers and not just moon boy trash.
