Thanks for the reply. It’s imgur blocking the VPN, not the other way around. I don’t know if I’m top level schizo (maybe?) but I don’t see why imgur would need to know my IP. It should be fine with the VPN IP. The only sites that block it are IP-harvesting sites like Facebook and Instagram. So maybe imgur is also collecting IPs and matching them to what the person sees and uploads. No issues with regular sites, not even banking, so it’s fishy. I don’t really have any knowledge of places to upload pics since I never need to. So don’t worry about it, I think most people can see what you upload.
