Yes, very easy. Just use frozen bananas, add them to any healthy stuff that you like and put into a very high-speed blender (like a Vitamix). Make sure to turn immediately on the highest setting so that the mixture becomes dense like ice cream (if you turn it up slowly, it's more like a thick smoothy). Some examples: frozen bananas + peaches = peach ice cream (even better if your peaches are frozen) frozen bananas + watermelon = watermelon ice cream frozen bananas + black sesame seeds = black sesame ice cream frozen bananas + green tea powder = green tea ice cream Etc. The frozen bananas are the "base" that give the dense texture and sweetness.
