Plebbit uses IPFS. What should stop them is that IPFS is not private at all, it's just like BitTorrent. ISPs, copyright trolls, government agencies can all track the swarm and log your IP address in it. As it's often done with torrents, you can use Plebbit with a VPN to hide your IP address to everyone except the VPN provider itself, who you are trusting with your entire network activity. The most privacy-preserving way to use Plebbit (or BitTorrent) is probably to use it with a VPS you paid with Monero, via Tor; in this case, what would enable the exploitation is Tor and Monero, not Plebbit.

do you understand that plebbit is literally the best next big thing of the entire internet? it's not only about plebtoken (which is really important for me cause i wanna make it). but apart from that this is the most important project out there in the entire crypto/non-crypto space. this is about to revolutionize the entire internet if aliens/matrix/illuminati allow it to grow.
i believe you guys still dont understand the importance and the extent of plebbit, this is really huge and u gotta be careful being involved in this shit. if you are weak and are afraid of being killed/put in jail, sell plebtoken and abandon plebbit asap.
