vitamin C zinc vitamin d3 + k2 magnesium (glycinate. citrate is good too, but it makes u shit like a motherfucker and your shit will smell like shit) omega 3 (not everyday, cause it sucks, when u burp it will smell like shit and u'll stop taking all supps cause it sucks) if u got breathing issues take NAC if u are a gym rat, dont take creatine or other shit like that, preworkout etc, just drink fucking coffee. creatine accelerates hair loss, stop with that shit, we dont need it before sleeping or at the morning, doesnt make a fucking difference, just take the shit and fuck off take em after u've eaten something, especially omega3 --- >anything else to add without making an endless useless list that no one will follow?

I just take testosterone shots, vitamin D, B12 and zinc each 10~15 days. Feeling much better since then.

IMO supplements are a scam, you literally need the opposite. Your body is naturally optimized to grow resilient to most vitamin and mineral deficiencies, if you just follow a diversified diet of natural food. Your body needs little harm routinely, like fasting; it’s hormesis. This is true for everything, including sleep for example. You shouldn’t have perfect sleep every single day. You should feel too cold or too hot sometimes, you should feel very hungry sometimes, etc. The modern world is dangerously addicted to feeling good all the time, minimizing stress at all costs, and the result is everyone gets weaker.
