Naturally occurring or WILD fruits and vegetables are ass. They don't taste good and the amount of time/effort you spend foraging is just not worth it. Wild berries and mushrooms are ok. Wild fruits and vegetables are all highly dependent on where you live and most of the time it's not possible. If you can grow your own produce, then do it with proper fruits and veggies. You can get good seeds from amish or organic farmers in your area to get seeds for plants that are zoned for your climate
